House Rules
Check-in
Check in after 3:00 PM
*Early check available upon request and availability
The home is accessible via keyless entry (top lock)
*The entry code will be provided by Evolve
Check-out
Check out before 10:00 AM
*Late check outs available upon request and availability
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
The trash bin is located outside the kitchen window
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Turn off all lights and electronics
Close and lock all windows and doors
*Additional fees will be imposed if the cottage is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

*No more than 6 people are allowed on the premises at any given time
Must be at least 25 years old to book
Check for active Fire Bans before starting any fires!

Hot Tub Rules
Opening the hot tub:
DO NOT use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Please shower before entering
Please don't use soaps or oils
No more than 4 people allowed at anytime
No children under 6 and no unsupervised children under 16
No glass, food or drinks in the hot tub
Limit time spent soaking (Max 45 min)
After each use put on both covers
ensure four latches are securely fastended
Do not sit or stand on the cover
Monitor water level
if the water level drops to below/at jet level please text Julia to have it refilled (to prevent damage and water from freezing)
Do not unplug or touch the electrical outlet for the spa
Consult your doctor before use if you have any health concerns or pregnant
GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
*To ensure that the hot tub is ready for each guest upon arrival, $100 Fee will be charged if the water temperature is below 80℉ at the time of check out.
After each hot tub use
Set the temperature back to 104℉ (if changed)
Close the air vents that make bubbles
Put on both covers
make sure all 4 latches are securely fastened

High Altitude Advisory
Please beware that the house is at 10,069 ft elevation. We advise guests to hydrate well before and during your stay. Acclimating at high elevations may present difficulty in breathing for some.
Winter driving conditions exist October through April
4WD vehicles are strongly recommended.
